1. OBJECT
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS and the Customer regarding products presented by LE SLIP FRANÇAIS on its website www.leslipfrancais.fr (hereinafter "the Site"). They apply exclusively between the company LE SLIP FRANÇAIS, 6 rue de Paradis 75010 Paris, Siret: 53913019500065 (hereinafter "LE SLIP FRANÇAIS") and unique identifier number: FR214977_11RMLK and any individual consumer visiting or making a purchase via said Site (hereinafter "the Customer").
On the Site, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS allows the Customer to order online products of the brand LE SLIP FRANÇAIS (hereinafter "the Product(s)") according to these general conditions.
Any order placed with LE SLIP FRANÇAIS implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by LE SLIP FRANÇAIS; the applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date the Customer places the order.

https://www.leslipfrancais.fr/fr/content/3-conditions-generales-de-ventes in a computer format allowing them to be printed and/or downloaded, so that the Customer can reproduce or save them.
2. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to have parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the Site.
2.2. The Client agrees to provide LE SLIP FRANÇAIS with accurate and necessary information for the performance of the service covered by these terms and conditions, as requested online and according to their specific situation, including their full name, address, telephone number, and valid email address. The Client is responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of false or inaccurate information, or from the unlawful use of such information.
2.3. Once the order has been placed, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS sends the Customer an email confirming it. It also informs them of the shipment of the Products.
2.4. The Customer can modify their data in the "my account" section.
3. ORDER
3.1. All orders will only be validated after payment has been accepted. No modifications or cancellations are possible after order validation and receipt of the confirmation email by the customer.
3.2. LE SLIP FRANÇAIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer over a previous order.
3.3. LE SLIP FRANÇAIS accepts orders subject to stock availability. The Customer is informed of the availability of Products sold on the Site at the time of order confirmation.
If, despite LE SLIP FRANÇAIS's best efforts, products are unavailable, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel their order and receive a refund, if applicable, of any sums already paid.
The permanent or temporary unavailability shall in no case engage the liability of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS, nor shall it open any right to compensation or damages in favour of the Client.
4. PRICE
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and any other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, contribution to order processing costs and packaging costs.
Shipping costs, contribution to order processing costs and packaging costs will be indicated in the Customer's shopping cart, before final validation of the order.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, particularly in the event of changes to tax or economic data. Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. DELIVERY
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS delivers its products in France and in all countries of the European Union and can, upon request, deliver to any country.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing their order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. To ensure these delivery times are met, the Customer must provide accurate and complete delivery address information (including, but not limited to: street number, building number, floor, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 working days, if the product has not been shipped, the Customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request a refund of their order.
If the item has been shipped before receipt of the order cancellation due to a delivery delay of more than 7 days, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS will proceed with the refund of the item and the shipping and return costs, upon receipt of the item, complete, in its original condition and with all tags.
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS is committed to informing the Customer of the progress of the processing of their order.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products…), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and LE SLIP FRANÇAIS, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product.
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay that is not its fault.
6. PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the time of order. Under no circumstances will any payments be considered as deposits or down payments. The Customer may pay for their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), with their PayPal account, or by bank transfer, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
Le Slip Français does not accept payment by check. Customers must use one of the other payment methods offered.
For any transaction, the Customer will provide the number on the front of their card, the expiry date of their card and the cryptogram on the back of their card (last three digits).
The communication by the Customer of their bank card number constitutes authorization for LE SLIP FRANÇAIS to debit their account up to the amount of their order.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS retains ownership of the item until full payment of the price by the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions adopted by LE SLIP FRANÇAIS are 100% secure. For payments by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, and e-Carte Bleue), all information that Customers provide to LE SLIP FRANÇAIS is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.
Taking out a loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing.
Payment in installments with Alma.
If you pay for your order in installments, you accept Alma's general customer terms and conditions as well as Alma's specific terms and conditions for SLIP FRANÇAIS customers.
7. PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal
From November 1st, and exceptionally for the holidays, within sixty (60) days of receiving his order, the Customer may request LE SLIP FRANÇAIS to return the Product(s).
No returns, refunds, or store credit will be issued for LE SLIP FRANÇAIS counters in department stores in Paris and throughout France (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, etc.). Refunds are not available for purchases made with a gift card or Wedoogift. Returns made using these payment methods will only be eligible for store credit, not refunds.
Returns from mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco) are free, except for order refunds. A return shipping fee of €3.90 (including VAT) applies.
Items personalized with embroidery are made especially for you and, in accordance with the law, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of error or defect.
The return is at the customer's risk. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, and unwashed.

If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS will not be able to proceed with the refund or issue a credit note for the Products concerned.
8. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS is only bound by an obligation of means for all stages of access to the website, from the ordering process to the shipment of the package and subsequent services. LE SLIP FRANÇAIS cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses, or for any event considered force majeure, in accordance with the law and case law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Under no circumstances is the Client authorized to download or modify all or part of the Site and in particular its content (listed products, descriptions, images, videos…).
This Site or any part of this Site may not be reproduced, copied, sold or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS.
In general, all copyrights, trademarks and other distinctive signs and proprietary or intellectual property rights appearing on the Site will remain the full and complete property of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS.
The Client is therefore required to respect intellectual property rights and may not in any way use the trademarks appearing on the Site and on the Products where applicable, or register any trademark that would prejudice the rights holder, unless otherwise provided by contract.
The same applies to all other intellectual property rights.
10. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
LE SLIP FRANÇAIS undertakes to use the confidential information of Customers only in the context of the operation of its Site.
For the proper execution of the order, the personal data collected will be subject to computer processing, the Client acknowledges having knowledge of this.
As such, information concerning him may be communicated to technical service providers of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS.
Furthermore, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS may apply technical means to obtain non-personal information relating to internet users and intended to improve the functionality of the site, for example by tracking the number of visitors on certain pages.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, the Customer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them held in the files of LE SLIP FRANÇAIS. This computer processing was declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL) which issued receipt no. 1517135 v 0 on June 29, 2011.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a force majeure event, the party concerned must inform the other party within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Specifically, the following are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals: total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other industrial actions or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, severe weather, epidemics, blockages of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes to marketing methods, computer failures, telecommunications blockages, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other event beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship.
All obligations of the parties will be suspended for the entire duration of the force majeure event, without compensation.
If the force majeure event continues for more than three (3) months, the contract in question may be terminated automatically without compensation for either party.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
12.1. Partial invalidity of a clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed unwritten and shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
12.2. Update
These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by LE SLIP FRANÇAIS, the applicable terms being those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.

12.3. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, both substantively and procedurally. Any dispute must first be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is conferred upon the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
12.4. : Reproduction of applicable texts (Ordinance 2005-136 of February 17, 2005, Consumer Code, Civil Code)
Article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when the latter was the seller's responsibility under the contract or was carried out under the seller's supervision.
Article L. 211-5 of the Consumer Code:
- To comply with the contract, the goods must:
1° Be fit for the purpose for which similar goods are normally used and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the customer in the form of a sample or model;
- to present the qualities that a Customer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or their representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;
2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special purpose sought by the Client, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
Article L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is time-barred after two years from the delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use to such an extent that the Customer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known of them.
Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
