MAKE A RETURN - IN FRANCE 🇫🇷
Got the wrong size or changed your mind? We make your return easy!
Returns from France are free within 30 days.
Embroidered products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
1. Register your return :
From this space:
- Click on "Make a Return" and enter your order number and email address.
- Select the product(s) to return and the reason.
- Choose between a credit, a refund or an exchange.
- Confirm your return.
From your account:
- Log in and click on “My Orders”.
- Select the order and click "Details" > "Create Return".
2. After confirmation :
- Print your Chronopost return label.
- Place the products in their original packaging.
- Drop off your package at a Chronopost Pick-up point.
Products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
If you ordered a pack, return it in its entirety.
Returns take 15 business days to process after receipt at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you for credit notes and refunds.

Returns from abroad are possible within 30 days using our returns portal. Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense. Embroidered products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
1. Register your return :
From this space:
- Go to the international return portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the product(s) to return and the reason.
- Choose between a credit or a refund.
- Confirm your return.
From your account:
- Log in and click on “My Orders”.
- Select the order and click "Details" > "Create Return".
2. After confirmation :
- Print your return label.
- Place the products in their original packaging.
- Follow the portal instructions to ship your package.
