No worries, returns are easy!

1. Record your return :

Visit our website , enter your order number and email address, then select the products to return.

Choose the reason for the return, then opt for a credit note , an exchange or a refund* .

Confirm your request online.

2. PRINT THE LABEL AND PLACE YOUR PACKAGE

Print your Chronopost label and place the products in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch).

Then drop off your parcel at the nearest Chronopost Pickup point .

3. YOUR RETURN IS BEING VALIDATED

Your return will be processed within 15 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your credit note , exchange or refund is validated.

📣 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
  
• If you ordered a pack , it must be returned in its entirety .
  
• * Returns are free , except in the case of a refund , where a fee of €3.90 including VAT applies.
  
• Embroidered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are you abroad? No problem, returns are possible within 30 days via our international portal .

1. Go to the international returns portal .
2. Enter your order number and email address .
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason. A refund is the only option for returns outside of France (EU and rest of the world).
4. Confirm your request.

2. PRINT THE LABEL AND PLACE YOUR PACKAGE

1. Print your return label .
2. Place the items back in their original packaging .
3. Follow the portal's instructions to ship the package.

3. YOUR RETURN IS BEING VALIDATED
