MAKE A RETURN - IN FRANCE
Did you pick the wrong size or changed your mind ? We make it easy for you to return your product even from abroad.
Returns from France are free within 30 days using our prepaid return label.
1. Register Your Return:
From this page:

Click on "Make a Return" and enter your order number and email address.

Select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason.

Choose between a store credit, a refund, or an exchange.

Confirm your return.
From your account:

Log in and click on "My Orders."

Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a Return."
2. After Confirmation:

Print your Chronopost return label.

Place the products in their original packaging.
-
Drop off your package at a Chronopost Pick-up point.
Products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If you ordered a set, please return it in full.
Return processing takes 15 business days after receipt at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent for store credits and refunds.

Go to the International Return Portal.

Enter your order number and email address.

Select the product(s) to be returned and the reason.

Choose between a credit or a refund.

After confirmation :

Print your return label.

Put your products in the original packaging.

Follow the portal instructions to ship your package.
The products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. If you ordered a pack, return it in its entirety.
