Got the wrong size or changed your mind? We make your return easy!
No worries, returns are easy!

1. Register your return :

Go to our website , enter your order number and email address, then select the products you want to return.

Choose the reason for the return, then opt for a credit note , an exchange or a refund* .

Confirm your request online.

2. PRINT THE LABEL AND DROP OFF YOUR PARCEL

Print your Chronopost label and place the products in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch).

Then drop off your package at the nearest Chronopost Pickup point .

3. YOUR RETURN IS BEING VALIDATED

Your return will be processed within 15 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your credit , exchange or refund has been validated.

📣 PLEASE NOTE:

• Products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
  
• If you ordered a pack , it must be returned in its entirety .
  
• * Returns are free , except in the case of a refund , where a contribution of €3.90 including tax applies.
  
• Embroidered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

RETURN COSTS:

France: Free (excluding reimbursement → €3.90 incl. VAT )

Are you abroad? No problem, returns are possible within 30 days via our international portal .

⚠️ Embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. Select the item(s) to return and indicate the reason.
4. Choose between credit or refund .
5. Confirm your request.

2. PRINT THE LABEL AND DROP OFF YOUR PARCEL

1. Print your return label .
2. Replace the items in their original packaging .
3. Follow the portal instructions to ship the package.

3. YOUR RETURN IS BEING VALIDATED

Your return will be processed within 15 working days after receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email upon validation of your credit , exchange or refund .
