Often with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant and/or Origine France Garantie label, their expertise ensures local, committed production for the well-being of all.
The exceptional regional know-how of the French textile industry is thus perpetuated through 300 indirect jobs dedicated to the manufacture of sustainable garments.
This ecosystem is much more than a partnership of companies: growers, breeders, suppliers of materials and accessories, spinning mills, distributors and many others form a community whose lives are linked and whose vision is shared.

By relocating production and developing local, eco-designed materials
, Le Slip Français is working to sustain an ecosystem that has been hard hit for 50 years.
From merino wool produced on the Valensole plateau, to lace made in Caudry, to swimwear made from new recycled materials in Portes du Coglais, the entire French textile industry is working together to invent the future of local manufacturing.

By focusing on the products and those who produce them, we have chosen to dedicate our largest expense item to labor, which represents ten times more than if we were manufacturing on the other side of the world.
