The right way

Le Slip Français works with 80 partner manufacturers located throughout France. There's always a Le Slip Français workshop within 250 km of your home.

Often labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant and/or Origine France Garantie, their expertise ensures local production committed to the well-being of all.

The exceptional regional know-how of the French textile industry is thus perpetuated through 300 indirect jobs dedicated to the production of sustainable clothing.

This ecosystem is much more than a corporate partnership: growers, breeders, suppliers of materials and accessories, spinning mills, distributors and many others form a community whose lives are linked and whose vision is shared.

Building connections

By relocating production, developing local and eco-designed materials,

Le Slip Français is working to revive an ecosystem that has been hit hard for 50 years.

From merino wool produced on the Valensole plateau to lace made in Caudry, including swimsuits made from new recycled materials at Portes du Coglais, the entire French textile industry is working together to invent a local manufacturing industry of the future .

The safe bet

While this short-circuit operation and this commitment to quality are not obvious to everyone, the ambition of Le Slip Français is precisely to show that this model can be sustainable.

By focusing on products and those who make them, we choose to devote our largest expenditure item to labor, in this case 10 times more than if we were manufacturing on the other side of the world.
