COMPETITION RULES

Article 1. Organizing Company

The company Le Slip Français, a public limited company with a board of directors and share capital of €172,512, whose registered office is located at 6 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 539 130 195 (hereinafter the “Organizer”), regularly organizes competitions (hereinafter “the Game(s)”), accessible via its social networks (such as Instagram, Facebook), its newsletter and/or its website accessible at the address www.leslipfrancais.fr (hereinafter together the “Media”).

The purpose of the Games is to allow Participants to win, following a draw, a prize (corresponding either to a set of products or to a Slip Français voucher), which will be available on the website and/or in the Organizer's stores, established on French territory.

These rules constitute the framework of the regulations applicable to all of these Games (hereinafter the "Rules") and will be supplemented by specific conditions setting out in particular the dates of the Games, the conditions of participation, the description of the prize, the mechanism of the Game (hereinafter the "Special Conditions"), which will be specified during each Game, on the Organizer's Materials.

If the Organizer decides to organize a specific Game, not governed by these Rules, the Organizer will inform the Participant.

In the event of a difference between these Rules and the Special Conditions indicated on the Materials, the Special Conditions of the Game shall prevail.

These Rules apply without limitation of duration from the date of its posting online.

Article 2. Conditions of participation in the Games

Participation in the Games is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica and the French Overseas Territories) with the exception of employees of the Organizer, their spouses, descendants and ascendants, service providers or employees of service providers who have provided assistance in the implementation of the Games, as well as their spouses, descendants and ascendants (hereinafter the "Participant(s)"). It is prohibited to play with several pseudonyms linked to the same household and to play from an account opened on behalf of another person.

Participation in the Games implies a loyal attitude and full acceptance of these Rules and the Specific Conditions specific to each Game.

The Organizer reserves the right to request any necessary proof to establish that the Participant meets the conditions imposed by these Rules and/or the Specific Conditions for each Game. Any Participant who refuses to present the requested proof within two (2) days of the request will be considered to have waived his/her participation and therefore, where applicable, the prize received; without being able to cause any grievance to the Organizer.

Any maneuver aimed at circumventing these Rules and/or the Conditions specific to each Game, at increasing one's chances to the detriment of other participants, and more generally any fraudulent behavior, will immediately and irrevocably result in the removal of the offender's participation.

Article 3. Conditions of participation in the Organizer's Games

To participate in the Organizer's Games, the Participant must consult these Rules and the Special Conditions published on the Media throughout the Game session and comply with the terms of participation described therein.

Unless otherwise provided, participation in the Games will take place online, whether on the Organizer's website accessible from the address https://www.leslipfrancais.fr/pages/jeu-concours or on its social networks, which assumes that the Participant has Internet access and an email address as well as an account on the social network on which the Game will be organized.

Participation in the Games will be open for a limited period specific to each Game, which will be specified in the Specific Conditions relating to each Game.

Unless specific conditions are mentioned in the Special Conditions, to participate in each Game, the Participant must:

  • Have read and accepted these Rules and the Special Conditions of the Game published on the Media (a link to the Rules and Special Conditions will be placed on each Game announcement);
  • Specify your email address and mobile phone number;
  • Indicate whether or not he wishes to receive information by email on the Organizer's latest news (in particular via its Newsletter) and whether or not he wishes to receive commercial offers from its partners;

It is understood that each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information communicated.

Participation in the Games set up on the “social network” Media will require that the participant has an account on the social network(s) concerned by the Game in order to access it.

The Game participant is limited to one personal account per Game medium.

The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to extend the duration of the Game, to postpone the date of the draw, to modify the conditions without the Participants being able to incur liability as a result, subject to informing the Participants by any appropriate means. In the event of an event beyond its control, in the event of force majeure, fraud or cheating, or a serious, unforeseen or compelling event, the Organizer reserves the right to shorten or cancel the Game without the Participants being able to incur liability as a result. The Organizer will inform the Participants by publishing the information in question on the Support relating to the Game concerned.

Article 4. Designation of winners

The number of winners and the nature of the prizes at stake will be specified, for each Game, in the Special Conditions published on the Media.

Unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Special Conditions, the winners will be chosen by random draw by the Organizer from among all Participants who took part in the Game in accordance with the terms described in Article 3 above (hereinafter the “Winners”).

The draw will be carried out at the Organizer's premises, in a completely random manner, by computer system, among the valid entries received. The draw will be carried out no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Game.

Article 5. Information of winners

The date for notifying the winners is specified for each Game in the Special Conditions.

The winners will be notified personally by email to the email address they provided when registering for the Game. Regarding the Games organized on the Organizer's "social media" Media, they will be notified by a private message sent to the social account provided and will receive on this occasion all the practical information regarding the methods of collecting the prize.

Only the winners will be informed of the results of their participation in the Games.

If a winner refuses their prize, does not respond to the email and/or private message sent by the Organizer or provides an address outside the territory or if the prizes are not received, then this winner will be considered to have waived their prize. From then on, the prizes in question will be presumed to belong to the Organizer who may dispose of them as it sees fit.

The information provided by the Winners must be truthful, accurate, complete and up-to-date. In any event, each participant is responsible for the information they provide to the Organizer and if such information is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, the Organizer cannot be held liable in this regard. In any event, any eliminated participant will not be able to claim the prize at stake and under no circumstances will the Organizer be held liable in this regard. The Organizer cannot be held liable if a third party intercepts the winning information message and claims the prize in question.

Article 6. Privacy

It is understood that by unreservedly accepting the Rules, each winner accepts that their response given during the Game will be disseminated and published for information purposes on the Organizer's Media in connection with the Game in which they participated, if the Organizer wishes to make this public.

As such, the Winners of the Game authorize, on an exclusive basis, the Organizer, by the sole fact of accepting their winnings, to use and distribute for advertising and promotional purposes, their response given during the Game, on any medium, throughout the world, for a period of ten (10) years from the end date of the Game, for all communications concerning the Game, without this use giving rise to any right to remuneration or additional benefit whatsoever.

Article 7. Description of the price

The prizes offered within the framework of the Game will be detailed for each Game in the Specific Conditions published on the Media throughout the duration of the Game.

Unless otherwise indicated, winners will receive their prize by post (for prizes involving physical media) or by email (for dematerialized prizes) to the address indicated during their registration within thirty (30) days from the closing date of the Game.

Prizes may not be returned, exchanged for any other good or service, or converted into cash. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. They may not be resold.

If circumstances require, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize won with another prize of equivalent value.

Article 8. Consultation of the regulations

Any participation in the Games implies pure and simple acceptance of these Rules and the Specific Conditions for each Game, which can be consulted in full, throughout the duration of the online Game, on the Organizer's website. Participants are informed that the internet connection costs for participation in the Game and/or consultation of said documents online will be at their expense.

These Rules may be sent free of charge to any person who requests them by email to the address: bonjour@leslipfrancais.fr. The stamp for the Rules request may be reimbursed upon simple written request, based on the slow rate in force, obligatorily accompanied by the name, first name and address of the Participant, the title of the Game, and by attaching a Bank Identity Statement (or RIP, or RICE).

Article 9. Information Technology and Freedom

Participants acknowledge having been informed of the computerized processing of information concerning them.

The Organizer undertakes to keep the personal data of the Participants in accordance with the rules established in particular by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (hereinafter the "Law") and by European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation").

The Organizer undertakes to use personal information concerning Participants only for the purposes of organizing the Games, processing the registration of Participants for them, conducting the draw and, where applicable, sending them their prize if they are drawn.

Personal data collected during participation in the Games are processed on the basis of the Participants' consent.

The participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer, the data controller. The data controller is Le Slip Français.

This data is intended for the Organizer and any authorized person. It may also be processed by the Organizer's subcontractors and/or partners in accordance with the purposes set out above.

Furthermore, if the Participant has expressly agreed, the Organizer may process the Participant's personal data for the purposes of commercial prospecting and/or sending its Newsletter, by mail or email. In this case, their personal data will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection. The Participant will have the possibility to withdraw their consent free of charge and simply at any time by exercising their right of opposition in accordance with the terms provided by the Organizer and its partners.

Participants will be informed of the Organizer's intention to process any other personal data for a purpose other than those defined in this article.

The Organizer undertakes to only keep Participants' data for the time necessary for the purposes pursued and in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly in terms of security, this duration depending in particular on the nature of the information processed.

This data is processed securely and confidentially. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, and deletion of participants' personal data.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, transfer, erase or limit the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to define specific guidelines regarding the storage, erasure and communication of their personal data after their death. Participants may also object to the processing of their data and have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. These rights may be exercised by writing to bonjour@leslipfrancais.fr .

Participants have the option of filing a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the CNIL.

The data collected is mandatory for participation in the Games. Therefore, individuals who exercise this right to delete data before the end of the Games are de facto waiving their participation.

Article 10. Liability

Participation in the Games implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.

Consequently, the Organizer cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:

- the content of the services consulted on the Site and, in general, of all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on the Site,

- the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet,

- any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the game,

- failure of any reception equipment or communication lines,

- loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data,

- routing problems,

- the operation of any software,

- the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure,

- any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the game or having damaged the Participant's system.

It is specified that the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Games, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting, in any way, from a connection to the Site. It is the responsibility of each participant to take appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the Organizer's site and the participation of Participants in the game is done under their sole responsibility.

Article 11. Disputes

These Regulations are subject to French law.

If any of the clauses of these Regulations or those mentioned in the Special Conditions is considered null and void, the other clauses continue to apply.

Any difficulty in interpretation, dispute and/or difficulty in implementing these Regulations and/or the Special Conditions and/or any cases not provided for will be decided by the competent Courts, in compliance with the laws in force.

Any dispute or claim concerning the Games must be addressed in writing and cannot be taken into consideration beyond the period of 1 (one) month from the closing date of each Game. Any dispute or claim which reaches the Organizer after this period will not be taken into account.
